The Japanese “Hyūga” battleship after the restructuring to the aircraft carrier.
The “Hyūga” battleship did not appear in a new role for itself and was still used as a battleship, and subsequently, as an air defense battery in the shallows of the Kure naval base.
Hyūga was cut for scrap in 1952.
