Sinking French “Bourrasque” Destroyer

Bourrasque Destroyer

During Operation Dynamo (the evacuation of the Anglo-French troops from Dunkirk to England) the destroyer Bourrasque on May 29, 1940, hit a mine in the area of Ostend, Belgium, and sank the next day.
