General Andrey Vlasov

Lieutenant- General Andrey Vlasov, who moved in 1942 to the German side, and his soldiers from the so-called Russian Liberation Army (ROA) the Soviet prisoners and collaborators who have agreed to fight on the side of the Nazis.

General Andrey Vlasov (September 14, 1901 – August 1, 1946) is the Soviet military leader who, during the Great Patriotic War, switched sides to Nazi Germany.

Andrei Vlasov was recognized as a traitor to the motherland by the court and executed.
