Debris German DFS-230 glider in the wall of an apartment house in Budapest

Debris German DFS-230 glider of sergeant Georg Filius, who crashed into the wall of an apartment house №37 on Attila street when attempting to land on the Bloody Meadow in the Battle of Budapest in February 4, 1945.
The pilot of the German DFS-230 glider was lost.

On DFS-230 gliders tried to deliver food and ammunition to the surrounded German army in the Budapest city.
