This LT vz. 35 tank entered service with the Czechoslovak army on March 15, 1937. It was attributed to the PUV-3 (PUV – Pluk Utocne Vozby – literally: a regiment of assault carts) which was deployed in Martin (Turéianskj Svätj Martin) in Central Slovakia.
