BM-31-12 Multiple rocket launcher in Berlin.
This is a modification of the famous Multiple rocket launcher “Katyusha” (similarly called “Andrew”). Andryusha He fired rockets with 310 mm caliber (“Katyusha” – 132 mm), launched from 12 guides of honeycomb type (2 tiers of 6 cells each). Multiple rocket launcher is placed on the chassis of the American truck Studebaker US6, which was supplied to the USSR under the Lend-Lease Act.
