StuG III Ausf G (Sturmgeschütz III of modification G) is a German self-propelled artillery gun (SPG) of the assault guns class of World War II in the medium tank chassis Pz. Kpfw. III. Serially produced in various modifications from 1940 to 1945 and became the most massive in terms of the number of armored vehicles Wehrmacht (produced 8636 of StuG III with 75-mm guns).
