Captain Alexander Myasnikov after a successful combat flight in the cockpit Yak-1 fighter.
Assistant to the commander of the 3rd Guards Aviation Regiment of the 61st Fighter Aviation Brigade of the Baltic Fleet Air Force Guard Captain Alexander Myasnikov.
During the period of his military activities Alexander Fyodorovich Myasnikov made 315 combat sorties, in 70 air battles shot down 3 enemy planes personally and 15 in the group.
September 11, 1942 Alexander Myasnikov was killed in an air battle (his “Hurricane” fighter was mistakenly shot down by Soviet fighters).
